I’m a native Floridian and grew up in Central Florida. I understand the pain and tragedy contested cases can cause from the clients I’ve represented over my 20 year career.

I also know because I’ve been through it myself. The financial, spiritual and physical toll is a shattering experience. My own divorce was easily the toughest two years of my life. The aftermath and getting all aspects of my life back in order were equally tough. I am here to show you it can be done and we at Morgan Divorce Law Firm will do all in our power to get you to the other side of your divorce where you are liberated, secure, and financially stable.

My personal experience, along with two decades as a trial attorney, has fine-tuned my understanding of the unique dynamics and challenges families face during restructuring.

Although I handle contested family law cases that are litigated in court, I wholeheartedly embrace uncontested divorce methods using divorce mediation, collaborative divorce and cooperative divorce, particularly where your children are involved.

Divorce and paternity cases require an attorney that can deliver representation amicably or aggressively – depending on what the case requires. I am trained and skilled family law mediator certified by the Florida Supreme Court, trained and accredited as a collaborative divorce attorney, as well as skilled and experienced in complicated trial work.

My clients appreciate a lawyer who can deal with either event. Most of us want a non-adversarial divorce, but if your spouse won’t allow it and the case unravels, you need a lawyer who can protect your rights in the courtroom.

As a member of the Florida Bar and the marital law division of the Florida Bar for over 20 years, I have represented hundreds of clients in trials and contested proceedings.

I’m a graduate of the Loyola University College of Law (New Orleans, Louisiana) and an undergraduate of the University of Central Florida (B.A. in Legal Studies).

I have been certified as a Family Mediator by the Florida Supreme Court, am a trained and accredited Collaborative Law attorney, a member of the Palm Beach Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the Collaborative Law Group of South Palm Beach, the Collaborative Law Group of Central Florida and the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals.

On the personal side, am deeply committed to social and civic organizations in South and Central Florida, including the Palm Beach County Bar Association, Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce, Palm Beach Historical Society, Orlando Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Clubs of West Palm Beach and Winter Park, Leadership Winter Park, Leadership of Palm Beach County, Friends of the Winter Park Library, Impact of the Palm Beaches, MBA/Pride Chamber of Commerce and have created a foundation for children going through the divorce process and healing from the divorce process.

 

 

It is with a full heart we honor Boudreaux, our Morgan Divorce Law mascot and inspiration for 16 years. Rest in peace, little buddy. We learned much from your spirit and you will never be forgotten. March 2006 – April 2022.
